Course Reflective Narrative
In class 301 Spanish composition and oral practice complies with MLO 1 and MLO 2 because Spanish is my native language. Spanish knowledge gives me the ability to communicate well in Spanish. By having these advantages, for me is easier to communicate with others and share my ideas orally or by writing. I also comply with the ability to understand and analyze different issues either by reading or listening. In this class I was able to put my skills into practice and that through different exercises and assignments the professor Dr. Arrizabalaga showed us the importance of finding the connections of receiving and sending that message we want to project. First, to find my ability in Spanish the professor gave us the task of reading out loud in class. The main goal in these activities was to write, understand and share our findings with peers in class for feedback. It is noteworthy that in this class we had debates in which we discussed countless ideas on our views either for or against the issue. It is interesting to understand how we learn and explore which of these favors us in our learning. For this reason I can now put these skills to work at any circumstances. In the future I will have the opportunity to master these techniques by introducing them to my students so they can learn and understand the material that I will assign.
